Sun Block-UV entry~❤

This week's topic is about Sun block protection~ UV!!!

UV is the sun's ultraviolet radiation. It is the amount of sun ray reaching to our skin surface. This can actually cause a serious damage to our skin. Based on my research, I found that Malaysia have the highest level of UV status, which is 10 (you can click the link to view the detail). My current location-Miri, also have the same high level of UV radiation. Based on the UV index, there are different level of damage to different skin type. Majority of Asians have brown skin, 10 UV index is a high level for us. If we stay under the sun more than 60 mins, our skin will get burn easily, we have to apply SPF 15+ to prevent and protect our skin (UV index). UV protection is not only for our hands or legs, it is also very important to apply it on our face! We should apply the UV protection on our face and body before we go out.

This week's entry I going to share about MASK!

Masking is very important to those who wish to keep their skin in good condition. Skin care is not only for females, males do care of their skin too. That also means that males can use mask on their face too. If you do not like to apply skin care product, but you must apply mask! Normally, I apply one mask every week. Sometimes I might apply twice a week if I feel that my face is not in a good condition. Mask can moisturize your skin but when you apply it too frequently, it will damage your face skin. Based on my research from Online Internet, I found that we should not apply mask more than twice per week, because it will make your skin dry and become worse.  How many time per week should i apply a home-made mask on my face.

For this entry, I going to introduce an effective skin care whitening product.

This product has been release over 25 years and it is a skin whitening and moisturising product (Medicated Sekkisei, n.d.). The ingredient for this product is actually all natural and the herbal medicine have been used to produce the product (Medicated Sekkisei, n.d.).
